We need an experienced games programmer to join one of our game teams. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced senior programmer, or for a skilled programmer looking for a more challenging role. The successful candidate will contribute to all aspects of the game code. Additionally he/she will contribute towards the in game AI using our in-house developed AI library. The Senior Programmer will be responsible for creating technical design documents to be implemented by the programming team.
A first-rate knowledge of C++ combined with solid code documentation and structuring skills are a must for this role. You should have 3D games creation know-how, ideally gained in a console-programming environment. As you will be working at the cutting edge of game development, you should be up to date with all the latest technology developments. Of course, a passion and understanding of videogames is a must. With excellent people and communication skills, you should be a team player, as you may be required to coach and mentor other programmers.
