LEADER ANIMATOR
Key Activities
• Artistic ownership in conjunction with the design team for all objects animation related features. The Lead Animator will provide inspiration to the graphic team via reference, research and animation
• The Lead Animator is responsible for providing technical support for the animation team with understanding of environment-specific challenges
• Provides technical support in general for the object / Animation team
• Fluent Problem Solving - Constantly strive via research to optimize and enhance an effective animation pipeline

• Experience developing processes and tools for working with animated characters and objects, including experience with game editing tools, the technical aspects of Max/Maya animation and scripting setup
• Exceptional skill in animating bipeds and objects figures, as well as other organic forms
• Thorough and solid understanding of animation theory and the principles of animation (squash and stretch, timing, anticipation, staging, appeal, etc.)

SENIOR 3D ANIMATOR
Requirement and Skills
• An exceptionally good character animator
• A motivated team-leader with attention to detail and respect for deadlines & budgets who is task driven with excellent time management skills and with the ability to prioritize their work as well as the team members beneath them
• Previously experienced in the mentoring and tutoring junior animators
• Able to supply well-presented examples or a pertinent show reel that demonstrate your knowledge and execution of timing, weight, expression, posing, etc
• Able to showcase a healthy percentage of your work showing realistic, human or environment animation
• Experienced enough to have worked on one or more published titles at a senior level of responsibility as a character animator
• Experienced in systems control animation as opposed to just cinematic and cut scene work
• Professionally conversant in Maya and Max with some Mo Cap experience
• Professional and effective at communicating directives, ideas and critique within an animation team as well as attending and contributing to departmental lead and producer meetings as required
• Experienced at troubleshooting technical problems and creating solutions with regards to 3D animation in a 3D engine, from constraints to exporting, whatever the problem may be

CHARACTER ARTIST
Experienced 3ds Max Character Artist to work on stunning VR titles.
Requirement and Skills
• Two or more years experience in Character Artist role with extensive experience of modeling, texturing and rigging
• Previous work experience will have included creating realistic human/creature artwork for at least two shipped console titles
• An excellent command of 3DS Max and Rhino is essential. Demonstrable experience with Adobe Photoshop is a plus
• Ability to give direction; work with minimal supervision in a cross-disciplinary team environment and proven ability to work in a deadline driven environment
• Strong people skills. You will be required to organize and take charge of a project within a collaborative work environment
The Character Artist will need to demonstrate an ability to apply these skills creatively and in a manner suitable for our upcoming project

CREATIVE LEAD DESIGNER
Requirement and Skills
• At least 4 years industry experience in a similar role within the games with at least one published title behind them as a Lead
• Ability to lead, to direct and have experience in managing a team
• Passion for games, and an understanding of what makes them tick
Experience of development from first concept to product release and wide ranging experience of designing and using tools, geometry and scripting systems for the current generation of consoles – PS2, Xbox etc. We would like to see strong skills in documenting quality design, using art and word-processing packages and presenting designs and games to publishers and the public

ENVIRONMENT ARTIST
Environment Artist to work on a variety of environment jobs.
Responsibilities
• Work with the art team and production to accomplish a wide variety of modeling, texturing, lighting, world objects and meshes tasks, along with technical support files like collision, navigation, etc
• Make revisions and changes based on art direction and/or technical constraints or issues
• Work with technical staff to help improve existing tools. Attend art review meetings as needed
Qualifications
• 2 - 3 years experience as an environment artist
• Experience working with a team on at least one game title
• Experience using 3d Studio Max and Photoshop to create realistic environments
• Strong communication skills along with traditional art skills
• Experience with next generation techniques (Normal Maps, ZBrush, Mudbox) highly desirable
• Bachelors of Art degree preferred (but not mandatory)

NEXT GEN ENVIRONMENT ARTIST
Our ideal candidate
• At least two years games industry experience as an Environment Modeler
• The candidate will have ideally have worked on at least one published game
• To produce excellent environment models
• To produce ultra realistic texture sets, and the ability to recreate various different materials together with the ability to set excellent lighting within a level
• Quality needs to be this persons specialty this role will be setting the pace for all other environment artists and juniors

ENVIRONMENT DESIGNER

SOUND DESIGNER
We currently require Sound Designer to work on multiple cutting-edge VR titles and will be responsible for creating, implementing, maintaining audio assets and to be responsible for crafting a definitive style across all our products.
Responsibilities:
• Work to assist in all audio aspects from early design phase to final mix
• Create, edit, mix, and maintain audio assets across all titles
• Maintain asset documentation and expand in-house library
• Work with programmers to coordinate new implementation techniques
• Explore new territory in game audio and take part in research efforts
• Assist and/or coordinate VO sessions
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years experience creating audio for games/film/tv or been involved in at least 2 AAA product cycles. We are looking for someone with a fresh outlook that can hit the ground running
• Strong background in audio engineering with a solid understanding of signal processing, 3D positional audio, and mastering
• Foley/Field experience desirable
• Knowledge of at least one current game audio engine (wWise, FMOD, XACT, ISACT, Miles, etc.)

• Creating concepts through to finished artwork in a variety of design areas including advertising material (print and screen based), online communication, presentations, websites and Flash banners
