Nontzeberri.com cultural web site promotes 4rd edition of Nontzeflash Animated Film competition with the collaboration of Bilbao's Fantastic Film Festival (FANT). It is open to everybody who wants to take part, no matter where they are from and with no limited number of animated films. Registering is free. The animated films will be produced in SWF and the file should be no bigger than 2,5 Mb. Each film should be submitted in a single file, and if it includes some music it should also be included in the same file. There is no specific topic for the films but they all must be original and produced after 1st January 2006.
